Your results go to the employer who invited you. They decide what happens next.
Who sees your results
The employer, and the people in their organisation they have given access to. Typically that is whoever is hiring for the role and anyone helping them.
We do not sell your results, and we do not share them with other employers. Each assessment belongs to the organisation that sent it.
How quickly the employer gets them
Almost immediately. Scoring happens automatically, so your results are available to the employer very soon after you finish rather than days later.
That is a point worth knowing: there is usually no delay on our side. If you have not heard anything, that is the employer working through candidates, not the results being processed.
What they actually see
Your answers, scored, presented as a profile of how you did. For personality and motivation questionnaires there is no score, so they see a description of your working style and what motivates you.
They also see practical facts such as which tests you completed and whether time ran out on any of them.
When you will hear back
We do not know, and we cannot find out. The employer sets their own timetable and contacts candidates directly.
If it has been a while and you have heard nothing, contact the company that invited you. Their details are in the invitation email. Asking us will not speed it up, because the decision is not ours and we are not told what it was.
If something went wrong during your assessment
If a technical problem affected how you did, tell the employer, and tell us. We can confirm what happened from our side, but only the employer can decide to let you sit a test again. See can you take an assessment again?.
